How the process works.
We’re your one-stop shop for full-service residential remodels. Just pick out your finishes and colors—we’ll handle the rest.
We’ll send someone over to meet with you and your family to talk through what you love (and don’t love) about your current space. Together, we’ll explore your goals for the remodel—layout changes, upgrades, finishes, and anything else you’ve been dreaming of.
After that meeting, we’ll put together a plan that fits your space and your goals—complete with 3D drawings, a timeline, and a clear picture of next steps. We’ll also walk through different options to help you make the most of your budget without ever cutting corners. Whether you’re going big or keeping things simple, we’ll find a way to bring it all together in a way that feels right for you.
Every custom remodel project starts with detailed 3D CAD drawings like this kitchen rendering.
A few days after your initial consultation, you’ll receive a set of 3D renderings along with a flat lay technical drawing of your space. These visuals help us walk you through the layout, finishes, and overall flow—making the remodeling process smoother, more collaborative, and easier to visualize before construction begins.
Most of our kitchen remodels use RTA cabinetry for a faster turnaround without compromising on quality. When a design calls for something more unique—like custom shelving, a built-in pantry, or modified cabinet sizes—we build those components in-house to match the RTA style you selected, blending them in seamlessly. For clients looking for something entirely custom, we also offer fully custom kitchen builds from the ground up. Once your layout is finalized, we’ll place orders and begin demolition. Demo typically takes 1 to 4 days, and as it wraps up, we’ll move into reworking electrical and plumbing as need. After everything is perfected for the new layout then assembly and installation will begin.
